1. Who We Are

AslanVPN is a browser-based VPN/proxy solution designed to help users access online content more freely. Contact information:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use AslanVPN. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Service

AslanVPN provides:

• a browser extension for VPN/proxy connectivity;
• a free 24-hour trial period per user/browser profile;
• Premium access available through paid subscription;
• technical support via Telegram and email.

The Service may be updated, improved or modified without prior notice.

4. User Accounts & Identification

The extension does not require registration with email or password. Instead, it generates and uses:

• user_id – a unique pseudonymous identifier;
• device_id – an identifier for device management.

These identifiers are required for:

• trial activation;
• Premium subscription validation;
• support and troubleshooting;
• security and anti-abuse protection.

5. Free Trial

All new users receive a 24-hour free trial. The trial:

• is limited to one per browser profile;
• does not renew automatically;
• cannot be extended unless explicitly offered;
• may be declined or terminated in cases of abuse.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium access includes full VPN functionality and expanded features. Payments are processed via Bank cards and cryptocurrencies.

6.1. Payment & Renewal

• Payments are one-time (no auto-renewal) unless otherwise stated.
• Premium becomes active immediately after payment confirmation.
• We do not store card information — all processing is handled by the payment provider(s).

6.2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only if:

• the Premium subscription was not activated;
• a payment error occurred;
• required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Once Premium is activated and used, refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• illegal downloads or copyright infringement;
• spamming, hacking or attempting to breach network security;
• using the Service to avoid law enforcement or commit unlawful acts;
• reverse engineering or modifying the extension;
• sharing Premium access beyond your device/browser.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. No Logging Disclaimer

AslanVPN does not monitor, inspect, store or log:

• your browsing history;
• websites you visit;
• content you access;
• search queries;
• traffic metadata beyond what is strictly necessary for connectivity.

We may process minimal technical logs necessary for diagnostics, abuse prevention and server stability.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• continuous availability;
• uninterrupted VPN connectivity;
• compatibility with all websites or networks;
• that the VPN will bypass all geo-restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AslanVPN is not liable for:

• loss of data or privacy;
• damage to devices or software;
• losses caused by third-party services or networks;
• misuse of the Service by any user.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital services regulations. Local laws may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
